As many of you have noticed there have been a lack of updates on this site since February of 2015. Although I have updated my archive area in terms of new role plays and updated character bios I have not posted to the main page in quite a while. To quickly update you, I have basically been dabbling in and out of E-wrestling during that time frame. I did a bit of a stint in Rampage Wrestling, took a hiatus after that closed and gave running Elite Wrestling a go over the summer. EW showed some promise, but I had to abandon it due to professional reasons. The reasons I had to pull the plug are still as valid now as they were several months ago. So really I essentially just quietly took a hiatus from E-wrestling. Whether I am
Jon Tees Is Said To Be Considering A Possible Return Based On Some Recent Comments That He Made To An Unnamed Source. “As Much As I Enjoy Sitting On My Own Private Island Where The Temperature Never Falls Below 78 Degrees, Sipping Margaritas And Staring At Beautiful Women All Day, I Do Miss Competing In The Ring And Even Standing At Ringside.” Tees Went On To Say “I’m Happy Being Retired At The Moment, However I Would Not Rule Out The Possible Of A Return At Some Point, In Some Capacity As The Business Has A Way Of Getting Into Your Blood, And Becoming Almost Like An Addiction.” He Mentioned Nothing About Any Particular Promotions He’s Been Considering So Your Guess Is As Good As Ours On That One. We Will Be Sure To Keep You Posted.
We have received word from Marvelous Marvin Fuller’s agent Tony Carter that Fuller has reached some sort of agreement with Rampage Wrestling and will be making his debut there shortly. We’ll keep you posted
I had a planned e-wrestling project for 2015 but have decided to temporarily suspend it in order to help others out with their projects. Perhaps I will revisit this project later on down the line but as for now I’ll just be focusing on role playing-helping out in feds run by other people.
The Static Wrestling Federation (SWF) is currently accepting applications for match writer positions. If you are interested visit the SWF website and contact admins Ruby Ryans and/or Jason Static about the positions that we have available.
We have received word that Jon Tees has reached an agreement with The Static Wrestling Federation. Word going around is that Tees will work on a per appearance type of arrangement for an unspecified period of time and function in the role of both a wrestler and a manager (as typically tends to be the case.) We will keep you posted as more develops.
I would be open to accept indy style bookings where I’d come in and make sporadic appearances and/or as a special attraction type of deal as any number of my current or classic characters. I would even be willing to try out new characters if there is a hole to be filled. If you are interested in booking me in your fed or discussing the possibility feel free to send me an e-mail at Jon@JonTees.net
Due to what I perceive to be a lack of interest, I have decided to suspend operations on Jon Tees Pro Wrestling which was my latest project for the time being. Many of the people I would have been interested in working with here, were content working for a different e-fed and I respect that and have no hard feelings. I just can’t justify actively running a fed and putting time, effort and energy into it to end up with three members and no additional prospects. People had ample time to join and didn’t. I may try again with it at a better time, rebrand it under a different name or simply put it to bed for good only time can really tell.
I have reached an agreement with Louis Anthony Wrestling a tournament based e-fed where I will portrayed several different characters over the course of a few tournaments depending on how things go with each one of course. Characters that are successful and win will be brought back for different tournaments, but unsuccessful characters may be swapped out and replaced with ones that have better chances of winning.
Todd Westfile will make his debut in the first round tournament of Louis Anthony Wrestling against none other than the long time nemeses of his manager Jon Tees, Jeff Jackson. Tees is said to be highly optimistic about Westfile’s chances and expects him to come out on top. “Todd is an incredible talent who has paid his dues and put in his time, in addition to this he is also younger and need I say better than Jeff Jackson. Mark my words we are going to sweep this thing.” Tees said when reached for comment.
