The rumors of my signing with the SWF are indeed true. SWF approached me with an incredible offer and I jumped at the opportunity . The money is spectacular, but that isn’t the only reason I signed with them. They are a promising up and coming promotion and I feel with my touch there is no limit to how far they could potentially go. I look forward to once more working with some old friends and enemies and of course those I have yet to receive the chance to work with. I will indeed be functioning as both a wrestler and a manager there and hope to have a long working relationship with the company.
We have received word that Jon Tees has reached an agreement with The Static Wrestling Federation. Word going around is that Tees will work on a per appearance type of arrangement for an unspecified period of time and function in the role of both a wrestler and a manager (as typically tends to be the case.) We will keep you posted as more develops.
I would be open to accept indy style bookings where I’d come in and make sporadic appearances and/or as a special attraction type of deal as any number of my current or classic characters. I would even be willing to try out new characters if there is a hole to be filled. If you are interested in booking me in your fed or discussing the possibility feel free to send me an e-mail at Jon@JonTees.net
Due to what I perceive to be a lack of interest, I have decided to suspend operations on Jon Tees Pro Wrestling which was my latest project for the time being. Many of the people I would have been interested in working with here, were content working for a different e-fed and I respect that and have no hard feelings. I just can’t justify actively running a fed and putting time, effort and energy into it to end up with three members and no additional prospects. People had ample time to join and didn’t. I may try again with it at a better time, rebrand it under a different name or simply put it to bed for good only time can really tell.
I have reached an agreement with Louis Anthony Wrestling a tournament based e-fed where I will portrayed several different characters over the course of a few tournaments depending on how things go with each one of course. Characters that are successful and win will be brought back for different tournaments, but unsuccessful characters may be swapped out and replaced with ones that have better chances of winning.
Todd Westfile will make his debut in the first round tournament of Louis Anthony Wrestling against none other than the long time nemeses of his manager Jon Tees, Jeff Jackson. Tees is said to be highly optimistic about Westfile’s chances and expects him to come out on top. “Todd is an incredible talent who has paid his dues and put in his time, in addition to this he is also younger and need I say better than Jeff Jackson. Mark my words we are going to sweep this thing.” Tees said when reached for comment.
The National Wrestling Federation Is back with one minor/major change depending on how you view things. The promotion will now only allow handlers to portray any real wrestler (living or dead) in addition to original wrestlers and institute an open door forgiveness policy meaning they won’t hold past offenses against people who were either in the fed and did something to get kicked out or warranted being expelled from other feds. Everyone who enters will be given a clean slate (though some might be kept at arms length and kept a close watch on) depending on the severity of their past offenses but no one will be blackballed from the NWF for things that they’ve done in the past.
WCW Heatwave has confirmed that not only will it be role play and angle based but that it will also permit CAW’s in addition to portraying your favorite professional wrestlers. The fed will launch on Friday the 9th of August so make sure to preserve your spot before it’s taken like the name says this place is going to be hot.
WCW Heatwave is a new role play and angle based e-fed set to launch this coming Friday (8-9-13) at around 7PM EST. Those interested in checking out WCW Heatwave or singing up may do so by clicking here.
Jon Tees has reached an agreement with the owners of Fantasy Entertainment and will serve on the board of directors. Whether this will be his only role with the company or what it will consist of remain to be seen. Tees had this to say “I am ecstatic to be a part of this innovative, new wrestling company and look forward to making many contributions to it over a long period of time.”
